𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘀

Nothing says Christmas like the warm, spiced aroma of gingerbread wafting from the oven! Our gingerbread recipe swaps traditional molasses for unrefined Mauritian sugars—muscovado and demerara from Natura Sugars. Muscovado adds rich, toffee-like depth, while Demerara brings subtle butterscotch undertones. We shaped ours into snowflakes and decorated them with royal icing.
Gingerbread making is one of our favourite festive traditions, blending sweet treat, creativity, and a touch of Mauritian magic to share with loved ones.

𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗶𝗹 & 𝗦𝗲𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀

Dark chocolate is one of our favorite sins, and when you mix it with bourbon, you get a doubly sinful treat. 😍 This recipe from @bibbyskitchen fantastic new cookbook instantly caught our eye—and for good reason! Whilst the recipe called for whisky, we used some bourbon which we had opened.

Rich, velvety dark chocolate infused with bourbon, a touch of premium olive oil, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt creates a sweet, sophisticated treat with layers of flavor.
